Para el videojuego Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 (Playstation 3, Xbox 360) se ha realizado una especie de remake-resumen basado en las OVAs de 1.993 llamadas "Dragon Ball Z Saiyajins zetsu metsu keikaku" (Dragon Ball Z El plan para exterminar a los saiyanos). El remake, ahora titulado "Dragon Ball Super saiyajins zetsu metsu keikaku" (Dragon Ball El plan para exterminar a los super saiyanos), aparecerá como un extra dentro del juego, y actuará como una especie de intro para algunos combates jugables. Si visionamos esta animación en el juego al final nos enfrentaremos a Hatcchajack y tras vencerlo lo desbloquearemos como personaje jugable. La nueva animación está realizada con un estilo modernizado y los últimos avances técnicos en animación (usa efectos de ordenador de última generación), muy al estilo de los openings de Dragon Ball Kai. Cuenta, además, con un nuevo diseño para todos los personajes, siendo el cambio mas brusco el sufrido por el Dr. Raichi, que ahora luce una espesa barba, un bigote mas corto y ligeras variaciones en su atuendo. Cada una de las dos OVAs antiguas tenía una duración de unos 30 minutos (aprox.) y ahora el remake resumirá la historia de las dos OVAs en 30 minutos.

Un scan de la revista Shonen Jump reveló que habrá remake de la 1ª OVA sobre el Dr. Raichi:
Osea, que el videojuego Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 va a contener un remake animado sobre la OVA de Raichi como extra. El remake cambia el título original de las OVAs por "Plan para exterminar a los SUPER saiyanos"...Antes era saiyanos solamente, sin el "super" XDDD

Ahí te cuentan que la animación será un remake de las OVAs originales de 1.993, que durará 30 minutos y será como una especie de opening para el juego, y lo podremos ver nada mas comprarlo. También es posible que el juego contenga escenarios de la OVA. En el scan se ve una captura de pantalla donde Freezer lucha con Goku en la Tierra y se dice que Freezer tiene nuevos ataques, lo que indica que en el juego habrá que luchar contra los "Guerreros Fantasma". En otra captura vemos a Tulece, que también era uno de los Guerreros Fantasma.
